Yes. Just like a residential condominium you own the interior of your space.

Is financing available?
Yes. Low interest financing is available. 5 year loan, 20% down, 6 1/2% interest with a monthly payment based on a 30 year amortization.

Will there be a monthly fee associated with my storage condominium?
Yes. Estimated monthly fees will be $36 - $76 depending on the size of your GarageTown space. These fees will cover building insurance, alarm monitoring and common area maintenance.

Can I live in my storage condominium?
No. The facility is not zoned for occupancy.

Can I build a bathroom or install a sink in my storage condominium?
Yes. Building A has sewer and water available.

Can storage condominiums be combined?
Yes. Two or more units can be combined.

Can I operate a business out of my storage condominium?
Certain types of businesses can be operated from your storage condominium.

Can I rent my storage condominium to someone else?
Yes.

Is there security on the site?
Yes. There are video surveillance cameras on the site as well as individual alarms in each storage condominium. The site is fenced with an electric security gate.

Yes. All of the buildings have fire sprinklers.

Will there be a manager on the site?

Are the drive aisles paved and how wide are they?
Yes. The paved drive aisles are 60' between some buildings and 64' between others.
